to customers. The market place is gearing up for a huge demand
in bus real-time information systems, yet is it properly understood
what real-time information actually means? Currently the industry
is driven by providing service departure times to the customer.
This forms only a part of the necessary information to the customer.
Surely the customer is also interested (in some situations more
