and infrastructure problems to the network of TOCs ensuring efficient
resolution of train service disruption.

in partnership with transport operators. Our products and services
enable councils to meet there requirements for social inclusion

Police Forces
Police Forces use our systems in two ways: Firstly to communicate
operational information across the force to ensure rapid, consistent

party travel information providers as to the status of the road
networks within their areas.
Transport for London (TfL)
TfL use our systems to collate and distribute multi-modal real-time

through its Call centre, at Travel Information Centres, via Ceefax/Teletext,
using the Internet and mobile Internet and via our on street displays.
The Media and 3rd Party Transport Information
Providers
Both these groups use our systems to receive information from transport
operators. Being able to access the network of real-time information
our systems provide, they can accurately and quickly disseminate
transport disruption information to millions of people either accessing
