The same
information available on an Intranet can also be made available
to mobile staff via standard WAP-enabled mobile phones. The
'pull' service allows staff access to all relevant levels of
operational information allowing them to pass on relevant information
to passengers.
Tyrell supports bulk SMS messaging, so if necessary, staff can
be alerted to important, possibly complex and detailed information
available on the WAP solution, using SMS alert prompts. |
