Line problems affect multiple services travelling long
specific routes. They are therefore shown at the top,
as they are likely to have the greatest impact. They are
filtered based upon the commercial routes serving the
selected stations. If no incidents are relevant, a message
is displayed accordingly.
Service problems are displayed for services passing
through the selected stations. If no incidents are relevant,
a message is displayed accordingly.
Clicking the calling at stations button
will display the calling pattern for the service associated
with an incident. As Tyrell2 systems provide this information,
scheduled and expected times can be displayed.
When departure/arrival board information is available,
it can be displayed on this page. Departure boards are
shown if a from station is selected. Arrival
boards are shown if a to station is selected.
Again, if available, calling stations can be listed for
a particular service, by clicking on a button.
If the user's route starts or finishes with an interchange
to London Underground, disruption for Underground lines
passing through these stations will be displayed alongside
the station name. Information about the Underground is
authored directly by the Real-Time Team at Transport for
London using their Tyrell2 system.
