Trains to Strood from London leave from London Charing Cross/Waterloo East/London Bridge. Journey time is 1 hour 5 minutes.

On arriving at the station, catch a taxi, asking for Beaufort Court on Medway City Estate. Taxi charge should be around £6. If there are no taxis at the station, they can be booked by calling 01634 818777 or 01634 222222.

Alternatively, walking directions are given below (walking time approx 30 minutes).

On foot from Strood train station (2 miles or at least 30 mins)

(1) Exit the train station forecourt by the right hand exit.

(2) Turn left onto Canal Road. The River Medway should now be directly to your right, and after a minute's walk, you should pass a pub on your right hand side. At the end of Canal Road enter the pathway on the right hand side.

(3) Follow the pathway and walk straight up the road (Wingrove Drive). At the end turn right into Commissioners Road.

(4) Go straight on and turn left into Whitewall Road. This road should wind past DiggerLand (H.E. Services). Follow road to end.

(5) At roundabout, turn right into Sir Thomas Longley Road (you should pass a parade of shops on the right). Follow the road, which will bend sharply round to the left.

(6) Take the next right through the open iron gates into Beaufort Court.
